The day it rained

The weather people were right - it rained, a lot of
I do not really have a lot to report. We spent most of the day packing up to come home.
We did not go out until the afternoon when the rain had cleared up. We went into Naples to have a last wander around. There were very few people compared with last week.
We found a very nice restaurant and had our last dinner - crab and tuna and lots of lovely things, then down to our favourite Gelateria for an ice cream dessert.
A last drive around., There really are more very high end cars here than anywhere I have ever been, hence the Lamborghini picture. It was a lovely very pale yellow, and was next to another one. Every other car is in the same league. Someone told us that the people who drive around in Miami in these sort of cars usually hire them just to show off. But not here and the car of choice appears to be a Bentley!
Well, we have booked in with the airline, have our boarding passes and hope all goes well tomorrow. We just have the journey across Florida, this time on the I 75, much quicker but no alligators!
